Rich Farmer, Does it Really Pay or is it a Scam?
Published by ZQ Fun, a studio we’ve never talked about here before, Rich Farmer is a game that claims to pay you for playing. It promotes itself on other apps as the one that will fill you with money, which I highly doubt.
It was released on September 21st of this year (finally an app that shows its launch date), and its last update was just three days later, on September 25th. In my opinion, an update that was not really necessary, or at least could have waited a while. It has over 100,000 downloads and not a single public comment, as the creator chose to hide them for the time being. We can say that it’s not yet very suspicious because it has been on the Play Store for a short time, so we won’t say anything about it yet.
For now, all I can tell you is not to expect much from Rich Farmer because it’s not a very attractive, fun, or original game. In fact, it doesn’t even have anything to do with the name its creator gave it, and I can tell you right away that it looks too much like another game we’ve seen here before.
What is Rich Farmer?
This is a game that can be placed within the puzzle genre, in my opinion. It’s just a copy of another game in which they only changed the color of some things, its name, and logo, and then published it with the aim of making money. Rich Farmer goes back to the typical being full of ads, to the point of becoming somewhat desperate, and this is combined with the fact that on some phones not all options are enabled, so we won’t even be able to see everything the app offers.
It was published by ZQ Fun, a studio that has too much experience in this, as it has published six other apps. They all try to make money by playing, but all the games are different, yet I wouldn’t trust them too much because their other apps haven’t received very good reception from the public.
Rich Farmer Installation and Registration.
Search for Rich Farmer on the Play Store, select the first option that appears in the result list and click Install. Wait for the download to finish and click Open (it weighs 43 MB).
The application does not ask you to register in any way, nor do you need to link an account or anything like that.
How to Play?
When you enter the game, you will find a board with several tiles of different colors. To start, they will give you some brief instructions that are not very long and are at least understandable. Rich Farmer follows the narrative of copying the style of other games to try to emulate some of their successful formulas, but it doesn’t quite succeed.
On the board that appears, there are several stacked tiles, divided into different colors, and most of the time, they will only be in blocks of two colors. Your goal will be to select a block in which more than three tiles match in the same color. When you do this, these tiles will disappear from your board, and you will start to move on to the next level.
It’s very difficult, if not impossible, to lose the level. Every time you make a move, you can earn coins that will go directly to your balance, which is what you can withdraw as money later.
Withdrawals.
No matter how much I played, the withdrawal option was never enabled, which makes me think that it possibly wasn’t designed to make money. Maybe it was only designed to keep you entertained for a while, but then the creator saw an opportunity to advertise it this way.
Even if this option is enabled for you, it will possibly be to withdraw to PayPal, and the minimum withdrawal
Final opinion on Rich Farmer:
I do not recommend it as anything more than an app for entertainment. However, if you want to make money, then this app will not serve you. Rich Farmer is just another scam that we are all too used to seeing on the Play Store. It’s a shame that lately, everything you find there seems to be just a waste of time, and very few apps actually pay.
If you want to know which apps do pay, I invite you to read more articles on this blog. Here you will find the best options to make money, and each one will have an article that explains its operation and how to get the most out of it to generate a good extra income.
